Since 1998 EGBA operates in the field of luxury real estate construction and renovation. Born from the union of two family businesses which already dealt with construction and renovation in Monaco and in Italy, EGBA was charged to spread its activities on the French Riviera.
Our teams, made up of engineers, surveyors and highly skilled workers, master all the crafts that are involved with building and renovation. They can meet all the needs of our clients.
Thus, EGBA is able to supervise from start to finish a house building scheme, from the shell to the finishing off and up to the decoration, in a concern to carry out a careful job and with the assurance of foremost technical quality.

In 2004, EGBA opened a second office in Italy in order to implement the prestigious renovation site of Winter Palace in Bordighera.
By creating this site, we wish to introduce our achievements in building and renovation of prestige residences, emphasizing particularly the respect of the historical and architectural context of the French Riviera.
